FAQ

Do I need a deposit?

A deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. The deposit is $50.00 for our Lincoln Town Car limousines, Cadillac Escalade SUV towncar and convertibles, and $100.00 for our Lincoln Navigator SUV limousine, Cadillac Escalade SUV limousine, or Chrysler 300 limousine. The deposit is refundable if you cancel your reservation 14 days prior to the date. If the reservation is canceled within the 14 day period, it will be refunded if we rebook the time to another customer. Certain exceptions apply (see our info on proms). Deposits may be paid by credit card over the telephone, check or cash. If you want to come and pay your deposit in cash, see the directions to our shop below.

How do I pay for my limousine?

Payment can be made by credit card, check or cash. Our coordinators will figure your total balance, including any extra packages you order and gratuity and tell you the amount due. You may pay the full balance at the time of your deposit, or if you prefer, the balance can be paid when your limousine arrives to pick you up. Our drivers will accept check, cash or credit card. Certain exceptions apply (see our info on proms)

How do I receive confirmation of my booking?

A confirmation of your booking will be mailed out to you showing the dates reserved, times, pickup instructions and amount due. Please verify the confirmation and notify us of any changes and/or corrections.

What are the directions to your shop?

We are located at 193 Wallis Street, Eugene, Or. We share space with our sister business, Sunshine Deli, and you should go into the deli and they will be happy to help you with your reservations/questions or payments. If you want to look at a specific limousine, please call prior to coming in to make sure the limousine is not out on a booking (344-9098). Wallis Street is off W. 1st Street in the West Eugene industrial area, between Seneca and Bertelsen.

From I-105, go to Highway 99/6th Street exit and go west on 6th Street/Hwy 99 to Roosevelt, left turn, to Seneca, left turn, to W. 1st Street, right turn, to Wallis Street, left turn, to 193 Wallis (Sunshine Deli).

From Beltline, go west to Roosevelt, turn left, to Bertelsen, turn right, to W. 1st, turn left to Wallis Street, turn right to 193 Wallis (Sunshine Deli).

 

What if my limousine time runs over?

All reservations are initially booked by the hour. If you have a 1 hour rental, the driver will allow you an extra 5 minutes time. If you go over the 5 minutes, he will then charge you for the next 1/2 hour, plus gratuity. If your reservation is 2 hours or more, the driver will allow you an extra 10 minutes or so before charging to the next 1/2 hour. We will let you know whether we have another reservation right after your time and if the driver needs to end your trip exactly as scheduled. If we have time available, you are always welcome to extend your trip for as long as is available on our schedule, and the driver will charge you for your extra time, plus gratuity.

What is the gratuity?

The gratuity is for the driver's service during your reservation. We calculate your expected gratuity at 20% when you make your reservation. If your reservation is paid in full including gratuity prior to your pickup, no further gratuity is necessary. If you feel your driver has done an exceptional job and want to offer him an extra gratuity, he will be happy to accept it, but will make sure you understand that the expected gratuity has already been paid.

 

What comes with the limo?

All of our limousines will come fully stocked with glassware, napkins, ice, sodas and water as part of your limousine rental. Our convertibles will provide a basket with glasses and napkins, ice, soda and water. We also include a complimentary photo package with souvenier photo magnets and one photo CD.

Are there seat belts in the limousines?

Seat belts are provided in all of our limousines. You are not required to wear them, but they are provided for your use.

Can I have alcoholic beverages in the limousine?

Adults over the age of 21 are allowed to drink alcoholic beverages in the passenger areas of our limousines. We do not allow anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages in our limousines. We do not provide alcoholic beverages and you should plan to bring them with you, or our driver will be happy to stop at the store for you to purchase them.

Can I smoke in the limousine?

All of our vehicles are nonsmoking vehicles and this is strictly enforced. Our drivers will be happy to stop whenever you want to allow passengers outside for a smoke break, but absolutely no smoking is allowed in the limousines. If passengers smoke in the limousine, we will charge $100.00 (for detailed cleaning) and end the limousine reservation. Please be considerate and don't smoke in the limousines.

When does my time start and end?

If we are picking you up anywhere in the Eugene/Springfield area, your limousine time begins when we arrive to pick you up and ends when we drop you off. If you
live outside the Eugene/Springfield area, we have longer minimums, however you recieve your full time in the limousine.

Can children/young passengers ride in the limousine without an adult?

We do lots of children's birthday parties and trips for middle and high school passengers. We do not require an adult to travel with middle school and high school passengers, but they are always welcome to do so. We recommend that an adult be in the car if your children are younger than middle school age. Our drivers all really enjoy working with children and young passengers and get along well with them. If your middle/high schoolers are in our car, they will be very well taken care of.

What are your minimums for proms/formals?

On certain prom/formal dates, our cars have a 6 hour minimum booking time, plus gratuity. The deposit for these dates is 1/3 of the reservation total and is refundable if canceled 30 days before your booking. If the reservation is canceled within 30 days, the deposit will be refunded if we rebook the time to another party. All prom/formal reservations must be paid in full, including gratuity, 15 days prior to
your reservation. Once we have filled our initial 6 hour minimum time slot, we will make reservations for shorter periods of time before and after the main booking if time is available. These bookings must also be paid in full 15 days prior to the date of your reservation.

If I have the car booked for 3 hours, is the car and driver always available to me?

If you have booked the limousine for an extended reservation (2 hours or more), the driver is at your disposal for the entire time of your reservation. He will provide you with his cell phone number while you are at dinner or at some event so you may contact him at any time to come and get you. He will be happy to perform certain errands for you, or go to pick up additional parties if you desire, whether you are in the car or not.
