Deposits

We require a one third deposit to confirm a limo or Party Bus reservation. The deposit is refundable if you cancel your reservation 30 days or longer prior to your pick up date less a $25.00 processing fee. If the reservation is canceled within the 30 day period, it will be refunded if we re book the time to another customer, less our $25.00 processing fee. Certain exceptions may apply (see our info on proms). Deposits may be paid by debit/credit card over the phone, check or cash. Payment for Limo Service

“At Sunshine Limo, we want you to focus on the celebration, not the paperwork. Most of our clients prefer to have their Credit or Debit card processed 48–72 hours before the event for a ‘hands-free’ experience. If you prefer to pay on the day of your trip, our chauffeurs are happy to accept cash at pickup. Business checks are also accepted.

Your Booking Itinerary

Once your reservation is secured, you will receive a Digital Itinerary via email. This outlines your reserved dates, precise timing, custom pickup instructions, and a transparent breakdown of your balance.

We ask that you please review these details carefully to ensure every element of your trip is perfect. Should you need to make any adjustments, simply reply to the email or give us a call. (For guests who prefer traditional mail, we are happy to send a printed confirmation to your home or office).

Extra Time

To ensure we stay on schedule for all of our guests, reservations are billed strictly by the hour.

Standard Overtime: Any time exceeding your scheduled reservation will be billed in 30-minute increments at the vehicle’s standard hourly rate, plus service and fuel fees.

Trip Extensions: If our schedule permits, you are welcome to extend your trip! Your chauffeur will confirm availability and can process the additional time for you on the spot. If we have a following reservation, your chauffeur must end the trip exactly as scheduled. We recommend booking an extra hour upfront if you think your event might run late.

What Comes with the limousine or Party Bus?

All of our limousines and Party Buses will come fully stocked with glassware, napkins, ice, soft drinks and bottled water as part of your limousine rental.

Seat Belts

Seat belts are provided in all of our limousines. Party Buses do not have seat belts.

Alcohol Policy & Passenger Safety

Age Requirements: In accordance with Oregon law, alcohol consumption is strictly limited to passengers 21 years of age and older.

Bring Your Own: Guests are encouraged to bring their preferred beverages to enjoy in our Limousines and Party Buses.

Concierge Stops: If you haven’t had time to shop before your pickup, your chauffeur will be happy to perform a brief stop at a convenience or liquor store as part of your reservation time.

All Limos and Party Buses are Non Smoking

All of our vehicles are nonsmoking vehicles and this is strictly enforced. Our drivers will be happy to stop whenever you want to allow passengers outside for a smoke break, but absolutely no smoking is allowed in the limo or Party Buses. If passengers smoke in the limousine or Party Bus, we will charge $100.00 minimum (for detailed cleaning) and end the reservation. Please be considerate and don’t smoke in the limousines.

Start and End Time

We want you to enjoy every second of your Sunshine Limo experience. That’s why your time starts only when your chauffeur arrives at your pickup location. For our friends in outlying areas, we focus on longer booking minimums instead of travel surcharges—giving you more ‘limo time’ for your investment. It’s just one more way we put our clients first.

Youth & School Bookings

Sunshine Limo is a favorite for Eugene’s students! Our drivers are great with kids and ensure all middle and high school passengers are safe and well-attended. Adult chaperones are welcome but not required for older students; however, we do suggest an adult join the party for those younger than middle school.

Proms and Formals

To ensure we can accommodate as many students as possible during the busy Prom and Formal season, the following seasonal policies apply:

Minimum Bookings: A 4-hour minimum is required for all peak Prom/Formal dates. Once our primary slots are filled, shorter “gap” bookings may become available—please contact us for last-minute availability. 

Payment Schedule: To guarantee your vehicle, all reservations must be paid in full (including the 20% service fee/gratuity) at least 14 days prior to your event.

Flexible Deposits: A 1/3 deposit secures your date. If you need to cancel more than 30 days out, your deposit is fully refundable (less a small $25 processing fee).

Last-Minute Cancellations: Within 30 days of the event, deposits can be refunded (less $25) only if we are able to re-book that time slot for another group.

Dedicated Service, Every Minute

For reservations of two hours or more, your chauffeur and vehicle are exclusively at your disposal. Upon arrival, your chauffeur will provide you with their direct cell phone number, allowing you to stay in constant contact. Whether you are enjoying a long dinner or a wine tasting, your ride is just a text or call away.

Need a quick errand run or a last-minute pickup for an additional guest? Your chauffeur is happy to assist with reasonable requests, whether you are currently in the vehicle or enjoying your destination. At Sunshine Limo, we work on your schedule.
